I had a leak in my bathroom which caused some mold growth behind a wall and in my crawl space. I called a few companies and none could even come to take a look for weeks. I called Cardinal and Marcus was at my house almost right away and was able to begin the remediation process almost immediately. Thomas then came and we discussed reconstruction. He was very knowledgeable and gave me every confidence the job would be done right. The supervisor of the project, Julio, was awesome. Very communicative. He always answered texts and phone calls in a very reasonable timeframe, if not immediately. We had a few unexpected hiccups during reconstruction and they were all taken care of. In fact, Cardinal went above and beyond and helped fix some issues that were unrelated to the original problem. All the workers that came to the house were very helpful and professional. I am very pleased with the final product. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Cardinal.
